  1. Danielle Ebanks (Arabic 1001A/Youssef Salhi)Saudi Arabia appears to be a majestic nation state with beautiful scenery, opulent resources, and plenty of culture. I have learned about the dress attire of women in Saudi Arabia in previous courses and respect and admire their preservation of beauty. I would like to visit sometime in the near future to be able to experience the exquisiteness of this nation myself.

I loved this video! It really did show the Arabs, their culture and their religion in a great aspect. We usually never hear anything but disasters or horrible things about other countries. It was nice to see the other side of the story this time. I love how they captured how family oriented they are. Instead of thinking of them as very strict and non-personally like we usually do.

I knew Saudi Arabia was a dessert nation but didn't realize the people of saudi arabia enjoyed fishing as much as those who live in a tropical nation. I also enjoyed seeing the house in oldtown and didn't know that Camels used to haul goods to the top of buildings in old town. I learned quite a bit from this video.
