Morocco Summer Abroad 16: Week seven

1 comment:

  1. My time in Rabat is finally starting to wind down. This week class has been a little tough for me. We are learning so much, so quickly that the vocabulary can be quite hard to keep up with, but I still really enjoy being in class. I spent a lot of time studying this past week and I am hoping it will reflect in my final exam. I am still really nervous about the test though. Other than studying, I didn't do a lot in the last week. I went to the medina a couple of times and got the last bit of gifts for my friends and family back home. I also went to Oulja with Mandi and bought some little bowls. Making the trip there and back was fun and we learned how to switch tram lines to get to our destination. Over the weekend, we had a full day of class on Saturday to make up for the time we have off for eid this week. Then, on Sunday I went to the beach in Sale and walked around the marina. The end of week seven means that finishing up at Qalam is just around the corner. I have loved my time here, but I am looking forward to having some time off to explore more of the country. I just have to make it through presentations and the final exam first!
